DO YOU ALREADY WEAR HEARING AIDS?

We have developed additional Plans for people who purchased hearing aids somewhere else but are looking to get a second opinion, or find a new home for their hearing care.
For our current patients that aren’t quite ready to upgrade into the newest technology, but have finished their initial treatment plan with us, we ensure you have the option to seamlessly continue with the same level of care you have come to expect at McNamara Hearing.

Performance ReVamp
This thorough 90-minute consultation is designed specifically for current hearing aid wearers who may be dissatisfied with the performance of their current devices. Our objective is to take your underperforming hearing devices and bring them to their maximum potential for your specific needs.
It includes:
Comprehensive case history to understand your hearing journey to date
Video otoscopic examination to evaluate your ear canal anatomy and health
Comprehensive hearing evaluation in accordance with best practices in audiology
Professional hearing aid cleaning, which includes suctioning the microphone & speaker openings to remove moisture and debris
Electroacoustic evaluation of your devices to ensure they are performing to the required standard
Real Ear Measurements to determine if your hearing aids are programmed appropriately for your current hearing profile
Adjustment of your hearing aids based on an accurate, up-to-date hearing test and your listening preferences

Adoption Plan
If you purchased your devices elsewhere, and you’re looking for a long-term partner to help you get the best performance from your devices, this might be the right option for you. With our Adoption Plan, you transfer care to us, and we become your long-term hearing care partner. Ideal for people who understand better hearing is a journey, not a destination.
It includes:
A 90-minute Performance ReVamp visit
Transfer of patient files from previous provider
Counseling and device programming visits for 1 year
Quarterly calibration/ preventative maintenance visits for 1 year

Continued Care Plan
After a patient’s original treatment plan is complete, if they are not ready for new technology, we offer an annual concierge plan so they can continue to have peace of mind for their hearing care needs.
It includes:
Annual exam and reprogramming of hearing devices
Counseling and device programming visits for 1 year
Quarterly calibration/ preventative maintenance visits for 1 year
1 year extended warranty
1 year replacement warranty, deductible applies

A LA CARTE SERVICES

McNamara Hearing also has an a la carte price list to be able to care for people who are visiting the Houston area and need some hearing help while they’re in town, or for those that prefer to pay as they go.
